Registration is now open for FMG preferred Vendor Partners. Vendor Partners are invited to attend and participate in the FMG Symposium January 23 - 24, 2020. Registration includes: participation in all planned meal functions, all business sessions, and all social events.

Vendor Expo (Tabletop) Information:
PLEASE NOTE THAT TABLETOP SET-UP IS ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 23 FROM 2-4 PM IN THE EXHIBITOR HALL. EXHIBITOR HALL OPENS AT 6:30 PM WITH COCKTAILS AND HORS D'OEUVRES.
Space is limited, so we ask that the furniture suppliers, especially those with a Las Vegas showroom, not request a table. The tables were originally intended for use by service and product suppliers who were not showing at the Vegas Market. The Symposium is all about networking, and we would rather not increase your cost by being an exhibit-based event. But, whether you have a table for literature or not, you are encouraged to walk around the reception and mingle with the crowd.

If you wish to send any handouts or materials to the hotel prior to arriving, please click here to connect with FedEx. Their office is conveniently located down the hall from the main Symposium meeting room. It is the sender’s responsibility to receive packages and get them to the appropriate meeting rooms. FMG is not responsible for these packages.
At the end of the Symposium (for Vendors, this is Friday, January 24):
All Vendor displays must be removed from the Exhibitor Hall on Friday, January 24. Take down must be completed on Friday afternoon, January 24, from 3:00 - 7:00 pm. That's after the afternoon break and before the Vendor Appreciation Party. It is your responsibility to disassemble your display and dispose of extra handouts, etc. and get your materials ready for shipment. You must arrange for outgoing shipping DIRECTLY with The Cosmopolitan. If not, you may be billed by The Cosmopolitan for arranging shipping after the Symposium is over. FMG is NOT RESPONSIBLE for materials left behind. If you have contracted with The Cosmopolitan for electrical, internet or other special services, or if you require special help moving large items from the hall, please contact Cosmopolitan staff directly.

Please submit your ad for the 2019 Symposium Program book as soon as possible. Deadline for submissions is December 16, 2019.
• Full page ad size: 7.5” x 10”.
• Finished page will be 8.5” x 11” with 1/2” margins on all sides.
• No bleeds
• Portrait orientation looks best
• Please submit ads as high-res PDF, JPG, TIFF or EPS files with all text converted to lines to avoid printing issues. Print-ready PDF is preferred.
